Coworker said that this morning. A compliment on the physical, but it's easy to start overthinking it. So I checked in on the physical. Down 17 pounds since early October. ( That's a thing. )

starting over, end of days, living alone, owning things, moving, wheat-free, dressing myself, stupid meatship, weight, health
